Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ahh99 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ahh99.org.

1.2 ahh99 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and operates in full compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws, including Republic Act No. 9487 and relevant PAGCOR circulars as amended from time to time.

1.3 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual Game Rules, and Promotional Terms applicable to specific offers, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4 The Platform is intended solely for use by residents and nationals of the Philippines who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. Access by persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly disallowed; it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.

1.5 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the Platform. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement. ahh99 strictly enforces this age limit and reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for Philippine residents. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of each login and gaming session.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with ahh99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and valid identification details. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

2.5 KYC Verification. ahh99 is required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) before withdrawals are processed or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds.

2.6 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through ahh99 or any PAGCOR-regulated program are prohibited from registering new accounts. Knowingly bypassing a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ahh99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to notify ahh99 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 ahh99 implements two-factor authentication (OTP via SMS) on new device logins. You agree to keep your registered mobile number current and to notify us promptly if it changes.

3.4 You agree to play for yourself only and not to act as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in placing wagers on the Platform.

3.5 You must not access the Platform using automated means, bots, scripts, or any software that mimics human interaction. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by ahh99; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ahh99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.5 KYC for Withdrawals. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. ahh99 is entitled to request supporting documentation to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act).

4.6 Own Payment Methods. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. ahh99 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts.

4.7 No Unlawful Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ahh99 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5.1 ahh99 offers various bonuses and promotions subject to specific Promotional Terms published at the time each offer is made available. Promotional Terms form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant Promotional Terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.

5.3 Abuse. ahh99 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any winnings, and close any account where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting game mechanics to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.

5.4 ahh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering requirements already in progress being honoured.

5.5 Promotional offers are available to Philippine residents aged 21 and over only. ahh99 may restrict eligibility based on account history, jurisdiction, or other factors at its sole discretion.

6.1 All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations conducted by licensed providers. Payout percentages (RTPs) are audited by independent third-party testing laboratories.

6.2 Individual game rules are displayed within each game on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a game display and the underlying game rules document, the game rules document shall prevail.

6.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, ahh99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. No compensation beyond the original wager amount will be offered for technical malfunctions.

6.4 Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the Settlement Rules published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate Platform functionality.
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes. Any winnings derived from exploiting a Platform error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any financial fraud in connection with the Platform.
• Registering using false personal information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account or circumvent the Platform's security measures.
• Registering or playing if you are a current employee, agent, or contractor of ahh99 or any of its affiliated game providers.

8.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of ahh99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ahh99.

9.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ahh99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 ahh99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ahh99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10.1 ahh99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We provide the following tools, available in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Limit the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.2 Age Restriction. Gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We have zero tolerance for underage gambling. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

11.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting ahh99 customer support. Verified real-money balances at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and wagering requirements on bonus funds.

11.2 ahh99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, withhold funds, and void any pending bets or bonuses if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent authority.

11.3 ahh99 further reserves the right to terminate the Platform or discontinue any service or game with reasonable advance notice where operationally practicable.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ahh99's customer support team (available 24/7 via live chat).

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the primary regulatory body, before recourse to the courts of the Philippines.

12.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.1 ahh99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13.3 The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible at ahh99.org/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.
